What you need

  • Newspapers

  • Glue
  • Rollers (thin ones)-1
  • Cardboard from some waste courier boxes(thick ones)-2

How to do
1.I used the rollers to roll the newspaper sheets and glue it at the ends
2.40-50 of them is needed
3.Then i stuck them on a cardboard in an orderly manner and placed the other cardboard and stuck them
4.On that I started to weave the basket
5.Finally in the end I just cut the extra ends and glued it

If u love to colour you can colour it of your choice.

DIT - Wool Lamp

What you need:
Cotton Wool-4 (4x 18):72 Rs
Revive Fabric Stiffener:150 Rs
Pen
Beach ball-1 :Cost :99Rs
Scissors
Light set-85 Rs(Got it from a nearby electrical Shop)

How to do ?

1.Soak the cotton wool in Fabric Stiffener
2.Roll Over the wool all over the Ball
3.Allow it to dry for 36 hours
4.Try to remove the air from the ball
5.Make a hole using scissors
6.Remove the ball through the hole
7.Insert the light Set through the hole and hang it

Notes:
Always try to soak the wool fully in the stiffener so that it sticks well to the ball.

Never Try to apply the the stiffener over the woolen ball...it will be a messy work

Beach ball would be the best optiont use as if you use a balloon instead, it loosens the air after a day and the shape of the lamp changes. So better go for a beach ball.It worked well.I got this one from Hypercity(Kundalahalli)

For the Wool ,there are n number of quality wools available in the market.I got this one for 18 bugs in BEML Layout.

Here when i had a shortage of Stiffener i used (Fevicol+Water+Cornstarch) to patch up :)
