Dal Palak (Easy One)

Dal- as required
Palak- 15-20 leaves
Garlic 3
Sambar Power-1 tsp(as required)
Green Chillies-2
Coriender Leaves-

For Seasoning
Mustard Seeds
1.Wash the palak first,keep it aside.Now wash the dal and together with palak boil it in pressure cooker.
2.Now in kadai add the mustard seeds.
To it add the smashed garlic,green chillies.Wen they are slightly cooked add the chopped onions and Tomato.
3.When they are cooked add the smabar powder or red chilli powder.
4.Then finally add the cooked dal and palak.Before adding nicely smash it .
5.Let it boil for sometime.When they are done garnish it with coriender leaves
