After Oil separates
Rice
Preparation
- Add Oil in Pan
- To it add the sliced Onions
- After Onions are fried add tomatoes
- After the raw smell is gone add the grinded paste
- To that add the mushrooms and pour some water
- Let it cook until the oil separates from the gravy
- Finally add the rice
- Water for rice is 1:2 ratio
- Cook the biriyani for sometime and keep the vessel in a tawa for steam cooking
- Mushroom biriyani is ready
- Serve hot with raita
